Connecticut Title 51 — Connecticut law

No person who serves as a juror in the trial of an action shall, for consideration, advise or consult with any party with respect to a subsequent retrial of such action or a separate trial arising out of the same transaction or offense involving the same or different parties. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.(P.A. 86-181.)
