The Chief State's Attorney shall establish a formal training program for all newly-appointed prosecuting attorneys consisting of not less than five days and an ongoing training program for all prosecuting attorneys consisting of not less than two days each year. Such training programs shall commence January 1, 1998.(P.A. 97-257, S. 11, 13; P.A. 02-89, S. 82.)History: P.A. 97-257 effective July 1, 1997; P.A. 02-89 deleted as obsolete Subsec.
