The clerk of the court in which such case is pending shall transmit the original files and papers therein, with a certificate of such transfer, to the clerk of the court to which such case is transferred, who shall at once enter it on the docket of such court. Such case may be heard at a session of such court then being held, or thereafter to be held, for the transaction of criminal business and be there proceeded with in the same manner as if it were originally brought to such court.(1949 Rev., S. 8795.)History: Sec. 54-79 transferred to Sec. 51-353b in 1981.
