In any action commenced by process of foreign attachment or garnishment in which any garnishee is not cited in to disclose, the court may tax and allow, or disallow, all or any part of the fees of the officer for service of the writ upon the garnishee. The fees, if disallowed by the court, shall be paid to the officer by the plaintiff.(1949 Rev., S. 7992; P.A. 82-160, S. 121.)History: P.A. 82-160 added 'or garnishment' after 'foreign attachment' and made minor technical changes.
