Upon the return of the doings of such jury, any person interested therein may object to the acceptance of the same, and for any irregularity or improper conduct the court may set it aside and order a rehearing; but, if the court accepts such return, it shall be final in the matter of damages.(1949 Rev., S. 8193.)
