When any temporary injunction is granted to restrain a sale on execution or tax warrant, the injunction order may direct the levying officer to adjourn the sale in such manner and for such time as the order may prescribe. If no such direction is given, such officer nevertheless may adjourn the sale, from time to time, while the injunction remains in force; and, while such sale is so adjourned, the lien created by the levy shall remain in force.(1949 Rev., S. 8219.)Cited. 46 CA 721.
