(a) No person shall knowingly possess one hundred or more copies of any single record, disc, tape, film, audio or video cassette or disc or other article on which sounds or images or both have been recorded without the consent of the owner in violation of section 53-142b.(b) Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a class D felony.(P.A. 94-140, S. 3.)
