§ 53.190

Any person who operates a boat propelled in whole or in part by an internal combustion engine or an explosive engine with a total piston displacement in excess of twelve cubic inches either on Killingly Pond or Alexander's Lake, in the town of Killingly, or on Lake Wononscopomuc, in the town of Salisbury, shall have committed an infraction. The town marine officers of Killingly and Salisbury may enforce the provisions of this section within their respective jurisdictions.
