Any of the following may petition the superior court for the judicial district in which the violation occurs to enjoin any violations of section 53-302a or section 53-303b: (a) Any person engaged in work, labor or business prohibited or regulated by section 53-302a; (b) the Attorney General, or (c) any city or town in which a violation occurs. As used in this section, the term 'person' means an individual or a business, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, firm or other organization or group of persons.
