Connecticut Title 53 — Connecticut law

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. Any court of competent jurisdiction may grant such further relief as is necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter, including the issuance of an injunction.(P.A. 73-581, S. 5.)
