(a) A person is guilty of identity theft in the second degree when such person commits identity theft, as defined in section 53a-129a, of another person and such other person is under sixty years of age, and the value of the money, credit, goods, services or property obtained exceeds five thousand dollars, or such other person is sixty years of age or older.(b) Identity theft in the second degree is a class C felony.(P.A. 03-156, S. 3; P.A. 09-239, S. 3.)History: P.A. 09-239 amended Subsec.
