(a) A person is guilty of unlawfully concealing a will when, with intent to defraud, he conceals, secrets, suppresses, mutilates or destroys a will, codicil or other testamentary instrument.(b) Unlawfully concealing a will is a class A misdemeanor.(1969, P.A. 828, S. 133.)
