(a) A witness is guilty of bribe receiving by a witness if he solicits, accepts or agrees to accept any benefit from another person upon an agreement or understanding that such benefit will influence his testimony or conduct in, or in relation to, any official proceeding.(b) Bribe receiving by a witness is a class C felony.(1969, P.A. 828, S. 152; P.A. 03-259, S. 51.)History: P.A. 03-259 amended Subsec.
