(a) A person is guilty of bribery of a juror if he offers, confers or agrees to confer upon a juror any benefit as consideration for the juror's decision or vote.(b) Bribery of a juror is a class C felony.(1969, P.A. 828, S. 154; P.A. 73-639, S. 10.)History: P.A. 73-639 made bribery of a juror a Class C, rather than a Class D, felony.
