(a) A juror is guilty of bribe receiving by a juror if he solicits, accepts or agrees to accept from another person any benefit as consideration for his decision or vote.(b) Bribe receiving by a juror is a class C felony.(1969, P.A. 828, S. 155; P.A. 73-639, S. 11; P.A. 92-260, S. 62.)History: P.A. 73-639 made bribe receiving by a juror a Class C, rather than a Class D, felony; P.A. 92-260 amended Subsec.
