(a) A person is guilty of bribery of a labor official if he offers, confers or agrees to confer upon a labor official any benefit with intent to influence him in respect to any of his acts, decisions or duties as such labor official.(b) Bribery of a labor official is a class D felony.(1969, P.A. 828, S. 160.)
