(a) A person is guilty of inciting to riot when he advocates, urges or organizes six or more persons to engage in tumultuous and violent conduct of a kind likely to cause public alarm.(b) Inciting to riot is a class A misdemeanor.(1969, P.A. 828, S. 180; P.A. 92-260, S. 66.)History: P.A. 92-260 amended Subsec.
