Every order granting an injunction and every restraining order shall set forth the reasons for its issuance and shall describe in reasonable detail the obscene material or performance and the promoting or possessing sought to be restrained, and is binding only upon the defendants to the action and their officers, agents, servants and employees and upon those persons in active concert or participating by contract or arrangement with them, who receive actual notice of the order by personal service or otherwise.(1969, P.A. 828, S. 208; P.A. 92-260, S. 86.)History: P.A. 92-260 made a technical change.Cited. 16 CA 601.
