§ 54-1q

The court shall not accept a plea of guilty or nolo contendere from a person in a proceeding with respect to a violation of section 14-110, subsection (b), (c), (d) or (e) of section 14-147, section 14-215, subsection (a) of section 14-222, subsection (a) or (b) of section 14-224 or section 53a-119b unless the court advises such person that conviction of the offense for which such person has been charged may have the consequence of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles suspending such person's motor vehicle operator's license.(P.A. 03-233, S. 3; P.A. 23-40, S. 21.)History: P.A. 23-40 added reference to Subsecs.
