Except as provided in subsection (f) of section 46b-38b, the state or any agent, employee or officer thereof shall not be liable for (1) the failure to afford the victim of a crime any of the rights provided pursuant to any provision of the general statutes, or (2) the failure to provide the victim of a crime with any notice pursuant to any provision of the general statutes.(P.A. 86-401, S. 4, 7; P.A. 93-310, S. 20, 32; P.A. 18-5, S. 5.)History: P.A. 93-310 inserted 'Except as provided in subsection (d) of section 46b-38b, the', added Subdiv. indicators, designating as Subdiv.
