Any agency of the state or any political subdivision thereof that provides public access to information contained in the registry shall post a warning that states: 'Any person who uses information in this registry to injure, harass or commit a criminal act against any person included in the registry or any other person is subject to criminal prosecution.' Such warning shall be in a suitable size and location to ensure that it will be seen by any person accessing registry information.(P.A. 99-183, S. 10, 13.)History: P.A. 99-183 effective July 1, 1999.
