Additional bonds may be issued in the discretion of the legislative body, to provide for the amount of any deficit found in the proceeds of the bonds herein authorized, which additional bonds shall be subject to the same conditions as, and shall be entitled to payment without preference or priority of, the bonds first issued.(1949 Rev., S. 760.)
