§ 7.412

All rules made as herein provided and all changes therein shall be printed forthwith for distribution by such board, and the board shall give public notice of the place or places where copies of such rules may be obtained. In each such publication shall be specified the date, not less than ten days subsequent to the date of such publication, when such rules shall take effect.
