Whenever any municipality, pursuant to the general statutes or any special act, takes any action on or makes any assessment against any real property in any other municipality, the acting municipality shall be subject to all notice requirements in the same manner and to the same extent as the municipality in which the property is located would be if it were the acting municipality.(P.A. 83-513, S. 6.)
