All moneys received pursuant to the authority of sections 7-130a to 7-130w, inclusive, whether as proceeds from the sale of bonds or as revenues, shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in said sections.(February, 1965, P.A. 460, S. 11.)
