Any municipal or regional development and industrial commission established under the general statutes prior to October 1, 1965, shall continue in existence and shall have all the powers and duties granted municipal or regional economic development commissions, as the case may be, under sections 7-136 and 7-137.(February, 1965, P.A. 245, S. 3.)
