Notwithstanding the provisions of the general statutes or any municipal charter or special act to the contrary, any municipality may enter into a partnership with one or more municipalities to share the services of one or more resident state troopers or other law enforcement personnel.(P.A. 16-144, S. 3.)History: P.A. 16-144 effective June 9, 2016.
