For the purposes of sections 7-148j, 7-148k, 7-148bb, 7-148ii and 7-152b, 'electronic equipment' means any technology that facilitates real-time communication between two or more individuals, including, but not limited to, telephonic, video and other conferencing platforms.(June Sp.
