Any town, city or borough, in addition to such powers as it has under the provisions of the general statutes or any special act, shall have the power to provide by ordinance for the appointment of three alternate members to its zoning board of appeals as is set forth in section 8-5.(1961, P.A. 253.)Cited. 219 C. 352.
