Renunciation, within the meaning of Article XII of the compact, shall be accomplished by act of the General Assembly repealing the compact and by notice in accordance with said article. In the event of such an act of repeal, the Governor shall send the necessary notice to all other party states.(1967, P.A. 279, S. 3.)
