Subject to the approval of the Governor, any administrative or other costs or expenses incurred by the state in connection with the carrying out of the provisions of sections 8-119bb to 8-119jj, inclusive, including the hiring of necessary employees and the entering upon necessary contracts, may be paid from the Low Income Rental Housing Fund.(P.A. 86-362, S. 8, 10; P.A. 90-238, S. 15, 32.)History: P.A. 90-238 allowed, rather than required, that administrative expenses be paid from the fund.
