§ 8-79a

The Commissioner of Housing shall make and enforce regulations to carry out the purposes of this part, to determine the allocation of the loans, deferred loans or mortgage loans to be granted, the terms and conditions of such loans, the conditions for approval of the articles of organization of a developer applying for assistance under this part and the credit requirements of mortgage borrowers.(P.A. 78-304, S. 21, 22; P.A. 79-598, S. 3, 4, 10; P.A. 92-166, S. 4, 31; P.A. 95-250, S. 1; P.A. 96-211, S. 1, 5, 6; P.A. 13-234, S. 2.)History: P.A. 79-598 substituted commissioner of housing for commissioner of economic development; P.A. 92-166 made technical change adding provision re deferred loans, consistent with 1992 public acts; P.A. 95-250 and P.A. 96-211 replaced Commissioner and Department of Housing with Commissioner and Department of Economic and Community Development; pursuant to P.A. 13-234, reference to Commissioner of Economic and Community Development was changed editorially by the Revisors to reference to Commissioner of Housing, effective June 19, 2013.
