The unpaid balance of all loans made under the provisions of chapter 131 of the general statutes, revision of 1958, revised to 1966, shall, on May 23, 1969, become state grants-in-aid under the provisions of this chapter and shall not be repaid to the state in whole or in part.(1969, P.A. 259, S. 1; P.A. 03-278, S. 21.)History: P.A. 03-278 made a technical change, effective July 9, 2003.
