(a) Whenever in this title newspaper publication of any notice or warning is required to be given by a municipal clerk, it may be given by an assistant clerk.(b) Any provision of any special act contrary to the notice or warning requirements of this title is repealed.(1963, P.A. 393, S. 2.)
