The town clerk of any town which has provided by ordinance for the election of the members of its planning commission, zoning commission or zoning board of appeals shall file a certificate with the Secretary of the State setting forth the terms of office and the number of members of such commission or board for which each elector may vote.(1951, S. 163b; 1953, S. 690d.)
