The Secretary of the State shall prescribe and provide to town clerks the provisional ballot which shall be a ballot of candidates for federal office. The Secretary may prescribe that the provisional ballot be the overseas ballot prepared under section 9-158i.(June 30 Sp. Sess. P.A. 03-6, S. 85.)History: June 30 Sp. Sess.
