Connecticut Title 9 — Connecticut law

Any person who signs a name other than his own to a nominating petition filed under sections 9-453a to 9-453s, inclusive, or section 9-216 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than one year or both.(1971, P.A. 806, S. 8.)
