The Delaware Code Revisors (the Revisors) shall consist of 2 attorneys-at-law licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the State who shall be appointed by the Governor. At the time of appointment, the 2 attorneys shall not be members of the same political party. One shall be appointed for a period terminating with the 126th General Assembly and one shall be appointed for a period terminating with the 127th General Assembly.
