§ 105

The payment of the compensation of the Clerk and all other persons appointed or employed by the Court or any Justice thereof under the provisions of subchapter II of this chapter, and the payment for supplies, equipment and other necessary expenses of the Court, including the traveling expenses of the Justices and the officers of the Court, shall be made by the State Treasurer out of funds regularly appropriated for the Supreme Court.10 Del.
