§ 1901

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall, from time to time, give to the General Assembly information of affairs concerning the state of the judiciary, and recommend to its consideration such measures as the Chief Justice shall deem expedient.60 Del. Laws, c. 182, § 2; 70 Del. Laws, c. 186, § 1;
