The law library in Kent County is designated as the official law library of the State. Any law books, statutes, legal periodicals, or other legal material suitable for a state law library received by the State on an exchange basis or on any other basis and not specifically acquired by or for some other subdivision of the State shall be deposited in the law library in Kent County.10 Del.
