§ 2307

The Prothonotary for New Castle County shall keep an indirect index in a docket for that purpose of all writs of foreign and domestic attachment which are issued from the court, and index the same at the time they are so issued. The index shall show the names of the defendants in such writs of attachment, in alphabetical order of the surnames in connection with the names of the plaintiffs therein, and the day of issuing the same. It shall also specify the appearance dockets and pages thereof in and on which such proceedings by attachment shall be docketed.16 Del. Laws, c. 19; Code 1915, § 3769; Code 1935, § 4291; 10 Del.
