§ 2322

The prothonotary shall issue a warrant, under his or her hand and official seal, to each of the fence viewers of the prothonotary's county, and notify the public of their appointment by as many advertisements, signed by the prothonotary and posted in each hundred, as there are viewers therein.Code 1852, § 143; Code 1915, § 1293; Code 1935, § 1492; 10 Del.
