§ 2323

The Prothonotary of New Castle County may from time to time replace the seal or seals of his or her office. When such replacement is made the old seal or seals shall be destroyed in the Prothonotary's presence.10 Del. C. 1953, § 2323; 51 Del. Laws, c. 345; 70 Del. Laws, c. 186, § 1;
