§ 4904

All exemptions of property from judgment lien, execution or forced sale allowed by law to the head of the family may be claimed by both spouses jointly, or by either with the written consent of the other, or half of the exemptions may be claimed by each spouse; but in no case shall both spouses be entitled each to all exemptions allowed by law to the head of a family.33 Del.
