§ 4976

Upon confirmation by the court of any sale of lands and tenements, made by virtue of execution process, the sheriff, or officer making the sale, shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to the purchaser a good and sufficient deed for the premises so sold.Code 1852, § 2450; Code 1915, § 4364; Code 1935, § 4822; 10 Del.
