§ 4981

An order made upon a petition, being duly certified, the petition and order shall be recorded in the office of the recorder of deeds for the county wherein the premises are situate; and such record, or a certified copy thereof, shall be competent evidence of such petition and order.Code 1852, § 2457; Code 1915, § 4369; Code 1935, § 4827; 10 Del.
