The causes of action and remedies authorized by this chapter shall be cumulative with each other and shall be in addition to, not in lieu of, any other causes of action or remedies which may be available at law or equity. Further, nothing herein shall be construed as to limit the power or authority of the Court in the enforcement of this chapter. However, in every case initiated under this chapter, the Court shall impose the least onerous remedy possible.72 Del. Laws, c. 484, § 1;
