There shall be an Administrator who shall possess an earned bachelor's degree and who shall have 3 years of supervisory experience in either governmental or private business administration or its equivalent. Under the Chief Judge's supervision, he or she shall: (1) Be secretary to the Court in matters that pertain to the business administration of the Court. (2) With the Director of Treatment Services, integrate into 1 harmonious whole the judicial, social, legal, clerical and administrative services of the Court.
