§ 103

(a) This Criminal Code establishes the criminal law of this State and governs the construction of and punishment for any offense set forth herein committed after July 1, 1973, as well as the construction and application of any defense to a prosecution for such an offense. (b) Unless otherwise expressly provided, or unless the context otherwise requires, this Criminal Code governs the construction of any offense defined in a statute other than this Criminal Code and committed after July 1, 1973, as well as the construction and application of any defense to a prosecution for such an offense.11 Del.
